Pat & Rachels Gardens is a certified organic farm with a certified organic kitchen located four miles west of Olathe, KS. We grow organic fruits and vegetables and make nutritious soups, salsas, pickled, frozen and freeze dried products out of them. We sell mostly at farmers markets. We partner with volunteers from Food for the Cure and local homeschooling families. For us the farm is a homeschoolers’ classroom.

In 2025, we are scaling up our soup production and scaling back our vegetable production ( though we are mostly finished with a fifth hoop house).  We plan to expand our partnership with local certified organic farms to increase our supply of raw ingredients since we won’t be growing as much as we need. We will need to increase our labor force inside the kitchen.  We will also have plots that we aren’t using that apprentices could lease and grow organically for us
