The Garden at Dogwood Forest is a blueberry you pick and we also have a 40 tree orchard, blackberries, elderberries, figs, strawberries, a few annuals, medicinal and culinary herbs and 35 acres of woods where we are moving towards more intentional forest farming. We sell primarily through Rolling Prairie CSA but excess may go to restaurants, other CSA's or a farmers market. I am looking for apprentices interested in learning and assisting with orcharding (pruning, culling, organic sprays, weeding, mulching, harvesting, post-harvest), forest farming (transplanting, pest control techniques, harvesting, etc.), Mushroom log cultivation,  and herbs.
